In unmodded game, player has to go through part of the Dangerous Minds quest to kill Kellog and get part of his brain, just to be able to "learn" that doctor Amari may be able to help transfering Curie's consciousness into a synth body. If you are doing the Hole in the Wall quest after using this shortcut to get Curie, the part where you have to follow Bobby DeLuca to the hidden door will be skipped, and Doctor Forsythe will ask you for the cure right away - if you want, you can still access the secret vault via the hidden door in reactor room by kicking the wall like DeLuca does (just "activate" the wall under the stairs in the reactor room).
Once Curie gets out of the elevator and into the middle of the corridor, her "intro" scene should trigger and she asks you to take her with you, after which she becomes available as companion. The inaccessible door in Vault81 entry hall (shown on this mod's picture) can be opened from outside by activating them twice. Please credit the author, howeverĪllows to reach Curie in Vault 81 without having to go through the Hole in the Wall quest (the quest can be still done even after using this shortcut).
